NON-LINEAR EDITING

Over my time at the University of Hartford, I've been taught different skills crucial to my development and success as an editor.

Here, I display all of these, including my work on "The Sport that Keeps on Giving: Stories from Special Olympics Connecticut"

Gunsmoke

In this piece, I was tasked with taking multiple different angles of multiple scenes from the TV show "Gunsmoke" to test my ability to sync audio to footage.

Star Wars Doc

In this piece, I was tasked with taking interview and b-roll footage from the production of "The Mandalorian" to tell a story about the Star Wars franchise and its impact on Star Wars fans

Color Correction

In this piece, I was tasked stock footage with different lighting and coloring variations, and matching them to fit a story. In this piece, I chose to intentional have two different color styles, showing the distance between the two individuals.

Returning Home

One of the first projects from the class. I was given recorded dialogue and various b-roll footage, and told the story of a women returning to the place she called home.
